Well, you may have doubt that how the panelized PCBs should be separated into single units after assembly. There are mainly three methods involved in panelization.

1. V scoring, or V-cut. V Scoring is the creation of the V-shaped breaking lines that connect printed circuit boards so you can separate them easily, a process that further increases efficiency.

2, CNC routing, it make a gap between two parts and separately them completely. So it is not singly used, but usually used along with V scoring or mouse bites. Usually the CNC routing space is equal or more than 1.6mm in order to make sure the production efficiency and quality.

3, Mouse bites. Mouse Bites are a line of holes in a PCB board functioning much like the lines of holes used on an array of postage stamps. They provide necessary connection but would not be too strong to be separable. Mouse bites are used along with CNC routing usually.
